How Does Etsy Integration Work With Finale Inventory?

Finale's Etsy inventory management solution has the ability to manage your inventory from your Etsy orders in two common configurations. The first configuration allows for a direct connection between your Etsy store(s) and Finale. Etsy orders are automatically synced to Finale where it will make the proper stock adjustments.

Any quantity changes resulting from a stock operation (e.g. positive adjustments from a PO shipment or a negative adjustment to a sales shipment) will be updated on your Etsy listings within five minutes to prevent overselling.

Through Etsy inventory management, Etsy sellers can have complete confidence that they're not overselling products to their customers. The platform will connect directly to your shop(s), updating to reflect how much inventory you have in stock. When a customer orders an item from your shop, Finale will receive the information that your inventory has decreased by one. Then, it will update your listing to reflect the sale.
